All IBC Reconditioned parts are run through a florid five-step process:

All Banjo Caps are inspected and any non-functioning parts are replaced. Each Banjo Valve Cap piece is separated and soaked in a pre-cleaning solution, which is run through a wash and dry process until specifications are met.

Once cleaned & inspected the Reconditioned Banjo 2" Quick Connect Cap is re-assembled, sealed, & packaged for use on the Schutz Quick Disconnect Valve for Schutz Bottles.
