YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

At BAYTEC, we know that the information you provide us about you and your company is very important to you. That's why we never sell, rent, lend or otherwise divulge information about our customers our IOS and Google apps don't share user data with other companies or organizations to anyone for any reason.

We use the information you give us only to process your orders and maintain your account. If you use a credit card when ordering, we provide that information to the credit card processing company, then destroy the information after each transaction. We never store your credit card number.

Of course, we like to stay in touch with you, so from time to time you may receive our catalogs, news letters and other BAYTEC mailings, as well as fax or e-mail messages about our products and services. If for any reason you don't wish to be contacted in any or all of these ways, just e-mail us and we'll mark our records accordingly (but we'll be so disappointed that you don't want to hear from us!)

SHIPPING CHARGES

All Shipping shown are estimates and could be altered upon processing; sometimes the weights and measurements differ and this could alter amounts. We always try to give you the lowest shipping price by packing as possible in each box. If there is a difference you will be emailed the difference for the adjustment and a separate shipping invoice will be sent to you for payment. NOTE: Some items such as 55 gal drums and Crawfish Tables are not packaged in a box, this is to save you money; Shipping companies charge extra for over sized items, but if loose the item is less, which is why these are not in a package. If your item is a bit dirty simply wipe clean this does not affect the integrity of the product.
Normal Delivery Companies we use Include: UPS, Fed-Ex, & USPS. NOTE: For FEDEX AND UPS shipments please provide a physical street address as they will not deliver to a PO Box.
Larger orders will be shipped by Truck Freight.

SHIPPING QUOTES: These Shipping Charges will be an additional fee & charged separately. Since the initial amount you approved is already charged, please look for a 2nd Email Invoice to Pay Separately with either PayPal or a Charge / Debit Card. Once the Shipping Invoice is Paid we will Process your order; If you do not Approve of the shipping Email sales@baytec.net to cancel your order and the initial amount will be refunded. If you do not cancel the order the items will be put in pending until further instruction. We do not cancel orders without an email..

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS: ONLY VALID FOR 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES

RUSH SHIPPING: To have your order shipped Overnight, 2nd Day or 3-Day, please email sales@baytec.net to have your order shipped sooner. These fees will be quoted and an additional invoice will be sent for your payment to process as such.

Freight Shipments: The Larger items are priced by pallet only; therefore the shipping cart total DOES NOT include freight charges. We get estimates from all Major shippers to get you the best cost. Most Large orders (4+ Drums) Will be shipped by truck Freight which offers a substantially lower shipping cost then the single drum rate.
Refused or Undelivered Items will be assessed a 20-25% Restocking fee & Customers will not be refunded shipping cost.
NOTE: If the item is not still in new condition there will not be any refund.

NOTICE: Tracking Numbers Can only be emailed, Please do not call for a tracking Number. If you did not receive your tracking Number, email us and we will email it back to you.
Any Taxes or Duties Required for International Orders, are Not included and are payable by you, the customer.

We do not use customer shipper accounts, Third Party Billing! This service is notorious for double billing; however, you may arrange for your own pick up with prior approval.
(Note: Additional Packaging / Handing Fees on Some Shipments)
If you make your own arrangements for shipping, call us and we will give you a time and date for your shipper to pickup the order.

We will honor the manufacturer's warranty policy. Most of these are done through the actual manufacturer, and we can provide names and phone numbers if needed for your convenience. If you have a question about the warranty or guarantee on a particular manufacturer or product, please contact BAYTEC CONTAINERS

RETURN POLICY

We have 100% satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order Please call for a return authorization

and we will refund your Money less shipping charges.

Refused or Undeliverable Items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Customers will not be refunded shipping cost.

All Refunds will be approved less original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. , I Pre-authorization RMA Number and return address is required before returning. "Refunds will not be accepted with-out Preauthorization." "Damaged or used goods will not receive a refund."

Special Free Shipping Item Returns: Actual Shipping charges will be deducted from customer refunds on any returned Free shipping item. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for delivery and return of the item. Free shipping only pertains to items being shipped to the customer, shall they refuse the order or choose to send the items back to us, the original cost of the shipping included in the Free shipping product will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for a 20-25% Restocking Fee.

ALL SALES are CONSIDERED FINAL, we do NOT sell on a trial basis without an advanced agreement. Unauthorized returns are NOT accepted. Refused or Undeliverable orders will incur shipping charges. If you have a defective item, or feel you need to return an item, please contact us by email and we will provide a shipping label along with your return material authorization number( RMA) "Refunds will not be accepted with-out Preauthorization."

NOTICE! "Damaged or used goods will not receive a refund." If Damaged in Transit by Shipper, a claim will be filed with shipper and we will reship the item damaged after confirmation from said shipper of damaged goods.

You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim you may bring relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, U.S.A., and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

By placing an order on the Site, you authorize BayTec or its authorized agents to collect payment from your credit card for all charges you incur. Prices listed on the Site do not include shipping, handling, taxes or insurance, unless otherwise specified.

All product specifications, which include dimensions, are subject to change without notice. We recommend contacting the company who manufacturers or distributes your product for their recommendation of compatible materials. Once you are aware of the appropriate materials that can be used with your product, we can suggest our items made of that material.
