A 12V DC battery powered hydraulic lift and tilt system makes it simple to raise and tilt heavy drums. Vertical lifting track keeps drum reach constant through the full lift range. With scale equipped 515 Sereis, know the weight of what you have poured. Drum dumper options available: AC powered and Air Motor powered units, Manual lift and tilt.

The hydraulic lift and tilt of the MORSE® Vertical Lift Drum Pourer is powered by a 12 volt DC battery. This system makes lifting and tilting heavy drums simple. A vertical lifting track maintains constant drum reach throughout the lift range. It facilitates dispensing into a vat, hopper, mixer, or other 60-inch containers. This vertical lift includes the MORCinchTM feature, which is designed to automatically adjust for steel or plastic drums with diameters ranging from 22 to 23 1/2 inches. The capacity is 800 lb for a full drum or 500 lb for a half drum. A half-full drum is unbalanced and bottom-heavy, so when tilted, the load shifts differently than a full drum.
This scale-equipped model informs the operator of the weight of the material poured. It has a general purpose scale that can be used for a variety of weighing applications. Six standard alkaline D-cell batteries power the scale.
Options include a drum diameter adapter (SKU 4556-P) for handling smaller drums, a bracket (SKU 4556-P) or drum clamp (SKU 4560-P) for handling plastic drums, and the MORStopTM Tilt-Brake, which automatically stops and holds the drum's tilt angle.
