7. Suction tube is cut at a andle to lay flat against the bottom for easier transfering

drum pump, w/PVC intake tube 2" NPS-Fine Thread  is ideal for water-based liquids, detergents, even some petroleum products. Simple, foolproof operation. Pump bellows to start flow, control siphon action with an air vent in the handle. Drum Pumps are 34" long, suction tube is easily trimmed to fit all size drums. Supplied with threaded bung adapter and 48" x 7/8" hose.

HOW TO OPERATE No assembly required

1. Insert suction tube into drum barrel and screw down threaded bung adapter.
2. Position discharge hose into receiving the container. For siphoning, be the sure level of drum barrel is higher than that of receiving container.
3. Grasp top handle and pump up and down. When discharge hose is completely full, you may cease pumping to allow siphoning action. Siphoning will slow down and then cease as supply lowers and receiver rises.
4. To stop the flow of liquid, unscrew cap on the top of handle counterclockwise. Close cap again before next use.
