Has 2-hour fire-rated walls, conform to UL Classification U425

Provides bi-directional fire protection. Walls have 2"x 4" galvanized steel studs and two layers of 5/8" type X fire-rated gypsum sheathing. Urethane coated galvanized steel siding on exterior, durable epoxy interior coating for chemical and abrasion resistance. UL-Rated roof and ceiling provide Class A spread-of-flame. Extra wide 60" doors close automatically, are 3 hours UL Classified with UL Listed frame and hardware. Spill containment sump exceeds EPA 40 CFR requirements.

Heavy gauge steel floor has continuously welded seams and white epoxy coating for chemical resistance. Galvanized steel grate platform or optional fiberglass grate, is removable in sections for easy sump access. Built-in static electricity grounding/bonding system.

Value Packages are cost-efficient option packages. Designed and built from pre-engineered components for maximum value and quick delivery of a proven product. Package A provides lighting, forced ventilation and explosion-proof conduit for alarms. Package B adds fire protection systems for outdoor/indoor flammable liquid storage.

Package C adds R-11 insulation, heating, air conditioning and forced-air ventilation where chemical stability, freeze protection or personal comfort are desired. Package D provides an explosion-resistant building suitable for storing Class IA and/or dispensing Class IB flammable liquids. Individual Options such as extra doors, ramps, HVAC and lighting systems, fire suppression systems, explosion-relief panels and many more. Applicable state seals are available for local permitting, as required.
