Excludes materials requiring temperature control. Restrictions apply per DOT-SP 10977 (Eighth Revision) paragraphs 7.c and 7.d. Materials Prohibited on Passenger Aircraft:

    Materials classified as "toxic by inhalation" under 49 CFR 171.8 (any zone). Oxidizers at Packing Group I level as defined in 49 CFR 173.127(b)(1)(i).
