These air powered mixers converts your open head, steel, 55 gallon drum into a splash free, low evaporation mixing tank.
This Integral mixer and cover prevents evaporation and contamination from going into your product.
This Binks® mixer includes stainless steel agitator drive and cover assembly with zinc plated chromate cover.
The 1/2 HP gear drive air motor operates 10 to 14 CFM.
The two stainless steel propellers are 4 1/2 inch diameter and the shaft is 1/2 inch diameter with flange mount.
Because of the durable 316 stainless steel shaft and propellers this item can be used for heavy viscosity fluids.
The speed of the propeller shaft is 40 RPM maximum for heavier fluids.
All in one mixer keeps liquid and vapor in the drum.
