Heavy-duty drum rotator gently mixes liquids or dry materials thoroughly and efficiently either through variable speed rollers or fixed speed rollers. Four 6 inch diameter neoprene drive wheels and four 6 inch diameter neoprene idler wheels provide positive support. It operates on a 1/2 HP, 230/460V 3-phase TEFC motor. Optional Idler attachment to handle 1 – 5-gallon pails is available (SKU 85-5154-1). Standard speed is factory preset at 20 RPM and will be supplied unless otherwise specified.
The capacity, per drum, for liquid, is 1000 lb and for a dry product, it is 300 lb. A shifting dry load exerts greater stress on the drum roller than the fluid motion of a liquid load. This drum roller handles steel drums 6 inch – 28-inch diameter, up to 40 inches tall.
